Training and Workshops
At our clinic, we offer training services and workshops aimed at professionals and/or the general public, with the goal of promoting the development of psychological, emotional, and relational skills across different areas of life and work.

Training and Workshops
Our training programmes are grounded in an approach based on scientific evidence and clinical experience, incorporating practical tools that can be applied immediately in both personal (courses for the general public) and professional (courses for professionals) daily life. We favour dynamic, participatory formats that encourage reflection, experiential learning, and the structured integration of new resources.
Each training programme is designed to address specific needs, with content that is up to date and adapted to the contemporary challenges of mental health, interpersonal relationships, and psychological intervention.
We are also available to develop training initiatives fully tailored to the specific needs of each institution, creating content designed around their particular objectives and challenges. Throughout our experience, we have run training sessions in partnership with various organisations, covering areas such as mindfulness, anxiety management, burnout prevention, and workplace yoga practices, among other topics related to psychological and emotional well-being.
