Integrated Master's Degree in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon. Completed the Specific Training Internship in Psychiatry with diverse professional practice and training, integrating both medical and psychological perspectives of intervention. Specialization in Sexology and Gender Diversity, with recognized competence by the Order of Physicians.

As a psychiatrist and sexologist, I value a person-centered approach, respecting each individual's uniqueness, experiences, and values.

I base my work on the medical model while integrating a biopsychosocial and cultural perspective to develop a collaborative therapeutic plan, ensuring that goals are as aligned as possible with each person's needs and expectations.

I prioritize a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect for individual choices.

My work includes a keen focus on issues related to *sexuality, gender diversity, and neurodivergence* , recognizing the importance of informed, stigma-free, and adaptable support for different experiences.

The approaches I use are grounded in the best available scientific evidence. In this way, I strive to provide up-to-date and effective care that contributes to each person's well-being and quality of life.
